Return or Exchange

Ship items back within: 45 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Return Policy

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  •  it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

  Simply, E-mail us for the item you would like to exchange or return with a trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.We are not responsible for lost packages and do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

 

 Order Cancellation

 You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email or text with a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information.  

Return and Exchange Policy will apply Once a product is shipped.

 Standard Delivery

 Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 7 business days following order confirmation. 

 We ship standard orders internationally and to us territories, Alaska, Hawaii which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.
